July 2, 2013:
We are very sorry for the confusion about the Diving Team/ Lessons. There are dive meets that are typically held on Mondays and all divers are invited. This means there is NO DIVING PRACTICE OR LESSONS on Mondays.

Tomorrow, there is the 13-14 Age group continuation of the Dive Meet from Monday, so practice will be cancelled.

Practice will be on Friday from 11-12.

Because of the Russell Mill Meet on Monday, We will not be attending the weekly League Diving Meets. So- Starting Monday, Dive lessons will run from 11-12 and Dive Practice will run from 12-1. Diving Warm up at Russell Mill will be at 2pm.

So... to clarify-
Diving Lessons are only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-12 (so there are no Dive Lessons on Monday, July 8th, but will start Tuesday, July 9th).

Dive Team Practice is Tuesday- Friday from 12-1, with Dive Meets on Mondays.

May 24, 2013-
Hello CS&T,

I am writing to all of you tonight to confirm our opening plans for this weekend, Memorial Day. The staff has been working very hard over the past several weeks to get the club ready for the summer and it is looking great! To that end, we are in the final stages of preparations for the opening of the club and at this point the pool will not open until Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th. There was a component failure in the pump room late this week. The pump has been repaired and the pool needs several days to clear up and be ready for use.

The schedule of events on Monday is as follows:
· Club Opens: 9:00 a.m.
· Sign-up for Tennis and Swimming (teams & lessons): 12:00 p.m.
· Welcome Social (kids & adults): 2:00 p.m.
          Cheese & Crackers
          Cookie decorating for the kids
          Adult beverages

Have a great weekend! Looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday!

President’s Letter – April 10, 2013

Hello CS&T Members,

I hope this note finds all of you doing well, having enjoyed another New England winter and looking forward a great summer at the Club. This off season has been a busy one with changes to the Board of Governors (BOG) as well as the management team. First, Donna Omobono and I were nominated by and accepted the roles of Vice President and President accordingly. I would like to take this time to publically thank Brad Morgan for his successful tenure as President over the past two (2) years. I entered this season as President with a solid management team structure, a strong membership roster and secure waiting list. There were other notable changes to the BOG. Mike Dubuque and Terry Ryan stepped down after several years of service and Keith Magnant and Alycia Howe were voted in as new members of the BOG. Thank you all for your time, dedication and efforts to make CS&T and better place for families to enjoy!

Also, I am pleased to confirm that Corey Pierce – Club Manager, Alex Loyer – Tennis Director and Jen McGlaulfin – Aquatics Director and Assistant Swim Coach are all returning for another summer. Joining them is Karen Blagg as Head Swim Coach. I am excited about this opportunity for Karen and the positive impact she will make on our swimming program and the club in general.

This off season also brought Hurricane Sandy to our area and with that storm the club sustained damage to the tennis court fence surrounding the clay courts as well as some minor damage to the clubhouse. Now that the weather is starting to cooperate, the BOG is acting quickly to make the repairs in time for opening. We have received reimbursement funds from our insurance company and are very close to hiring a fencing contractor to complete the fence replacement/repairs. Following the fence repairs, Cape & Islands will then come in to open the clay courts for the season. At this point we are anticipating a mid-May opening of the tennis courts. For all of our tennis players who take advantage of the courts before our official Memorial Day opening, please look for more updates as to when the courts will be open.

We are all looking forward to another great summer at CS&T. The opening is in less than two (2) months! Please don’t hesitate to contact me or any member of the BOG with questions, suggestions or if you require additional information. I can be reached at All other contact information for members of the BOG can be found on our website

Best Regards,

John Schwab
